Led development of a content-heavy website with multiple content types and raised conversion on its key form by 30% through A/B testing. Built reusable, component-based themes and editor-friendly content workflows for clients in the cloud telephony sector.

Set the architecture and technical direction for Backstage, a booking and management platform for travel staff, and aligned stakeholders and engineers around it. Led a team of 4 engineers, running code reviews and setting coding standards and delivery workflow.

Built a class discovery and management platform with map- and calendar-based search, instructor and admin dashboards, and goal-tracking challenges for users. Maintained the company's e-commerce platform and shipped customer tools including a permit reciprocity map and license and permit management.

Delivered custom APIs, third-party integrations and full-stack applications for a range of clients, working directly with each from requirements to launch.
