Hammad Alley
@hammadalley
Full-stack software engineer specializing in React/TypeScript and scalable APIs.
What I'm looking for
I’m a full-stack software engineer with 8+ years building high-visibility web applications, focusing on React/TypeScript front ends, reliable back-end services, and well-structured APIs. I aim for clean, maintainable code and strong testing practices to keep products dependable as they scale.
At Penske Truck Leasing and Logistics, I developed and maintained RESTful APIs and worked across React/TypeScript with Redux and modern UI tooling like TailwindCSS. I also supported mission-critical systems by troubleshooting and fixing production issues, and I helped drive delivery with CI/CD pipelines, unit/UI tests, and performance-focused improvements.
Earlier, at CloudTrucks and StubHub, I shipped full-stack features end-to-end—designing auth (OAuth 2.0/JWT), optimizing SQL and queries, defining GraphQL API contracts, and building responsive component-based experiences. I also started as a Solr Search Developer, working on large-scale search and analytics stacks (Solr/OpenSearch, AWS services), and I’ve carried that “systems thinking” into everything I build.
