What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead QA delivery, shape test strategy and processes, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex software products.

I've driven QA delivery at Luxoft for Halliburton's enterprise desktop application, coordinating quality activities to support software stability, performance, and release schedules.

For Ford SYNC4, I managed QA delivery in the Automotive AppLink domain, designing end-to-end HMI, functional, and integration test strategies across physical hardware and emulators. I coordinated distributed teams, optimized sprint execution, and partnered with Product Owners and technical stakeholders on acceptance criteria and release readiness.

At SDL, I translated business goals into functional requirements, test cases, end-to-end QA strategies, and resource allocation models for web projects.

Across my work, I mentor QA engineers, establish onboarding and testing standards, improve QA processes, and remove technical and process blockers. I'm an ISTQB CTFL-certified Master of Computer Science with 12+ years of hands-on QA experience.
