At ProCareHR, I lead payroll operations as a subject-matter expert for multi-state, multi-entity clients, auditing payroll data, resolving complex compliance escalations, and improving UKG Ready processes. I partner with Implementation, Finance, and product teams to test pay rules, support client handovers, and investigate setup failures through root-cause analysis.

I've also led a team of five payroll specialists in an interim management role and managed payroll for 12 legacy clients and more than 1,500 employees. Earlier at CBIZ, I processed end-to-end payroll for 175+ businesses, supported clients in PayEntry NextGen and Salesforce, and helped implement system changes that minimized disruptions.
