I am an operations-focused hospitality professional with hands-on experience owning and operating two restaurant locations and managing teams up to 12 employees. I take pride in growing locations, maintaining strong vendor and customer relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

As Owner/Operator at The Rusted Root, I led recruiting, hiring, training, payroll, scheduling, inventory, and compliance tasks, demonstrating practical leadership and business management. I also coordinated events and upheld high customer service standards that supported repeat business.

My prior roles include Administrative Coordinator at a high-volume wedding venue, where I scheduled client appointments and tours, managed email correspondence, and coordinated vendor relationships to keep event planning on track. I served as a House Manager for a private household, overseeing daily operations, homeschooling during COVID-19, and running household projects and schedules.
