I am looking for opportunities that allow me to utilize my psychology background and customer service skills in a collaborative environment, with a focus on growth and meaningful contributions.

I am a dedicated psychology student at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities, where I have maintained a GPA of 3.69 while actively engaging in various roles that enhance my skills in customer service and teamwork. My experience as a Member Services Representative has equipped me with the ability to assist customers effectively, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

In addition to my academic pursuits, I have held positions that required strong interpersonal skills, such as my role as a waitress at Companeros, where I thrived in a fast-paced environment. My commitment to excellence is reflected in my work as a Cabin Attendant at Isle O’ Dreams Lodge, where I consistently maintained high cleanliness standards. I am also involved in extracurricular activities, including serving as the Assistant External Social Chair for Gamma Phi Beta, where I coordinate events that foster collaboration and engagement among peers.
