What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead teacher professional development and school improvement, deliver education quality assurance training, and contribute to practical research that strengthens teaching and learning outcomes.

I’m an education professional focused on teacher development, school improvement, and education quality assurance. Since July 2015, I’ve served as Secretary of Teachers professional development program, supporting continuing professional development for teachers and education stakeholders.

Across my career, I’ve coordinated civic & ethical education in general secondary and preparatory clustered schools, trained school stakeholders and program participants, and worked as a General Education Quality Assurance Package trainer for East Gojjam administrative zone. I also contribute to research and strategic planning, including qualitative research on teachers’ research practices and teacher continuing professional development implementation.
