At HeyMimoo, I founded a pet-memory brand spanning photography and AI pet products. I built DeskPet, a desktop app that turns customers’ pet photos into animated AI companions, and adjusted its product tiers after tracking how generation costs affected margins.
As the sole product designer for Avian Impact’s live bird-collision app, I interviewed users across four types and uncovered unreported crashes. That shifted team priorities from new features to core stability.
At Avian Impact, I translated map-filtering needs into engineering-ready requirements with toggleable report layers and accessible map pins. I’m now leading a three-person design team redesigning the website and building a foundational design system.
On T-Mobile’s sponsored Fleeton project, I engineered the React and TypeScript frontend and fixed historical incidents resurfacing as new alerts. For Microsoft’s sponsored GrainGuard project, I led 0→1 product design, refining sensor alerts and a segmented bin view through three rounds of usability testing.
