Previously at Amazon, I led a 70+ associate night-shift operation processing approximately 19,000 units daily. I reduced Lost DPMO by 25% through root-cause analysis, corrective actions, standard-work reinforcement, staffing forecasts, and Tableau-driven performance improvements.

Before Amazon, I managed concurrent construction projects from estimating and design review through permitting, execution, and closeout. I directed four crews, improved productivity by 35%, and reduced material costs by 15% through stronger workflows, supplier sourcing, and project controls.
