At Science Museum Group, I support Masterplan and capital works across London and Northern museums, including gallery refurbishments, structural conservation, building improvements and compliance works.

I lead assigned projects day to day, tracking budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, invoicing, risks and change control. I coordinate procurement, tender evaluations, contractors, CDM compliance, site delivery and governance reporting to keep milestones and deliverables on track.

I have also delivered end-to-end client events at Uneeq Kreations, overseeing logistics, vendors, budgets and creative concepts. My work contributed to a 95% client satisfaction rate, repeat business and positive testimonials.

I bring structured Agile, Waterfall and Kanban project practices, using Trello, Asana and Microsoft Office to improve scheduling, documentation and collaboration. I’m pursuing the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification and plan to achieve PRINCE2 certification.
