What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a position where I can use and enhance my IT, administrative, customer service, and computer troubleshooting skills.

I've supported Doctors Hospital in its IT department by answering calls, registering patient information, entering data, verifying insurance details, and directing patients to the right department.

I also managed the Electronic Library department at the State Library, assisted visitors with inquiries, and managed devices. My IT training at the Maritime Port Authority included installing operating systems, resolving common software issues, and troubleshooting network maintenance issues.

I'm building on my Information Technology degree with training in electronic accounting, business administration, public relations, content marketing, graphic design, and artificial intelligence.
