At PHF Organization, I audited and organized the central employee registry for 35 personnel, improving filing compliance and maintaining data integrity. I also helped restructure internal email and memo protocols and compiled operational reports using Canva.
My graduation research at Alsharg University of Science & Technology examined how administrative development can improve service quality. I’ve also completed training in Google Data Analytics, project management for development, and monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning.
