What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a role where culinary knowledge, hospitality standards and brand-building skills create value. I'm open to remote and in-person roles.

At Cradle Boutique Hotel, I rotated through the cold, hot, pastry and scullery sections, helping cater an à la carte wedding service and organising a boma dinner alongside the head chef. I also baked cakes and cookies for the hotel gift shop and dessert offering.

Through Chef Karen Alinafe / Savoury Atlas, I designed a three-tier culinary brand architecture spanning my professional identity, a content platform and the documentary series Mise en Place. I developed the brand positioning, visual identity guide and content strategy for Instagram and TikTok.

I also created a 183-day launch planner, a business plan and an AI-assisted content workflow, with supporting brand documents including a Personal Brand Playbook and brand standards guide. For Luminary Girls, I wrote the series and production bibles for an animated series.

I trained in Professional Cookery at the International Hotel School and École Ducasse, and I'm completing a Bachelor of Strategic Brand Management. I'm looking for work where I can bring culinary knowledge, hospitality standards and brand-building skills together.
