At Vision Corps Initiative, I implement the M&E plan for the ELBARDE Nomadic Polio Vaccination Project in South West State. I analyze immunization coverage and zero-dose data to identify gaps, and built Excel tracking tools that reduced reporting turnaround from five days to one.
At the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, I managed monitoring data for livestock and resilience programmes and built data flows into a centralized information management system. I also validated multi-donor datasets and developed dashboards and analytical reports for management.
At Chongqing Overseas Construction Corporation, I implemented the M&E system for the World Bank-Funded Somalia Urban Resilience Project, verifying infrastructure progress through field visits and geo-referenced monitoring.
