I’m a Licensed PharmD graduate with hands-on experience across patient-facing coordination and regulated pharmacy supply operations. I focus on medication safety, prescription verification, and clear patient communication to reduce risk and improve outcomes.

In my current role as a Patient Coordinator, I review patient intake and insurance eligibility, flag potential medication or treatment conflicts early, and coordinate pre-authorization approvals. I manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls, act as a liaison between front desk, clinicians, and patients, and help ensure clinical protocols are followed accurately.

Previously, as a Warehouse Pharmacist, I managed medication and supply inventory with traceability, verified and processed orders for shipment, and ensured full compliance with DRAP and organizational guidelines for handling, labeling, and storage. I’ve also identified stock discrepancies to support audit-readiness, minimize wastage, and maintain reliability in regulated environments.
