I am a results-driven staff pharmacist with over 4 years of comprehensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, combining strong clinical pharmacy expertise with a solid foundation in marketing and quality control. I bridge the gap between patient care and business strategy, delivering optimized health outcomes and operational efficiency.

In my current role as a Staff Pharmacist at Darul Sehat Hospital, I review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance, then dispense medications according to federal, state, and organizational guidelines. I provide patient-centered medication counseling, monitor drug therapies for efficacy, adverse effects, and interactions, and document dispensing activities while maintaining accurate patient records. I also supervise pharmacy technicians and interns and ensure strict compliance with pharmacy laws and safety protocols, including inventory management to reduce waste.

Previously, as a Pharmacist at HR Stores and Pharmacy, I handled daily stock requisitions, managed pharmacy intents checklists, addressed medication queries from consultants, doctors, and outpatient calls, and arranged formulary alternatives for non-formulary products. I perform generic and therapeutic substitutions, ensure proper shelving per standards, and conduct regular inventory checks for assigned categories while resolving drug-related issues from physician orders. I bring the same patient counseling focus and medication-safety discipline across roles at Darul Sehat Hospital.

Earlier in my career, I built a quality-first foundation as an Asst. Manager Quality Control at Valiant Corporation, where I supported QC operations by checking and testing incoming raw materials and packaging, recording results for intermediate and final products, and ensuring SOP compliance. I also conducted investigations on product quality in conjunction with QC and supported daily department operations. I later expanded into business development as a Business Development Specialist (Pharma), and I’m currently pursuing a PhD in Management alongside my pharmacy background—so I can connect clinical, regulatory, and commercial thinking in a single approach.
