I’m looking for remote work where I can handle customer communication with high responsiveness and also use data skills (Python, R, Excel) for reporting and tracking. I want an international environment where I can contribute quickly and grow.

I’m a motivated, detail-oriented professional with 4+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, affiliate marketing, and direct customer communication. I manage customer relationships independently, resolve issues efficiently, and consistently maintain high satisfaction standards.

In my freelance role, I handled end-to-end customer communication for dropshipping stores—order inquiries, complaints, returns, and follow-ups. I also resolved payment issues, shipping delays, and product disputes, while coordinating with international suppliers and platforms (AliExpress, Facebook Ads) in English and Arabic.

Alongside this experience, I’m currently enrolled at ENSSEA pursuing a Master’s in Statistique et Data Science, admitted after a competitive 2-year preparatory cycle. I apply practical skills in Python, R, and Excel (including pivot tables) to track sales performance and customer data, and I’m seeking remote customer support or data-related roles with international companies.
