At Abbott EPD, I build and maintain dashboards for marketing and sales leaders across North and French West Africa, translating sell-in, sell-out, IMS, TMS, and IQVIA data into actionable insights.
I support S&OP and strategic decisions for a +$60M revenue portfolio through monthly sales-performance reporting by product, FAC, and affiliate. I've automated monthly, quarterly, and event-reporting workflows with Microsoft Power Automate, improving efficiency and reducing manual workload.
I also contribute to digital marketing campaigns through creative input, content and branding quality checks, and analytics-based performance tracking. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance, I align reporting with operational and strategic priorities.
Before Abbott, I co-founded and operated BorealCare and built an online health and lifestyle retail business at Luxia, gaining hands-on experience in digital sales, promotions, supplier management, inventory, customer service, and business operations.
