I am a target-driven senior procurement and contracts professional with 20+ years of international experience managing multi-billion-dollar construction, engineering, energy, and infrastructure contracts across the USA, UK, Switzerland, Indonesia, and Russia.

I lead cradle-to-grave procurement activities — solicitations, prequalifications, pre-bid meetings, contract administration, change order management, and closeout — while enforcing compliance with FAR/FTA and other regulatory regimes.

At NIST I administer $500M+ in annual construction and A/E contracts, manage large IDIQs and design-build programs, mentor junior staff, and achieved a 10% reduction in change orders through stronger documentation and compliance.

I hold an MSc in Quantity Surveying, NCMA CPCM and FAC-C certifications, and extensive training in construction contracting, federal contract law, and energy performance contracting.
