I am a target-driven senior procurement and contracts professional with 20+ years of international experience managing multi-billion-dollar construction, engineering, energy, and infrastructure contracts across the USA, UK, Switzerland, Indonesia, and Russia.

I lead cradle-to-grave procurement activities — solicitations, prequalifications, pre-bid meetings, contract administration, change order management, and closeout — while enforcing compliance with FAR/FTA and other regulatory regimes.
