I lead Contracts and Supply Chain for Chevron’s acquired Mid Africa offshore operations in Equatorial Guinea, guiding governance, commercial execution, risk, and compliance across joint venture, national oil company, and host-government environments.
Across Chevron’s international upstream and major capital projects portfolio, I’ve led sourcing, negotiation, and administration for drilling, subsea, marine, logistics, engineering, and operations-support contracts. In Angola, I managed a ~$3B drilling and completions portfolio, reduced open contract exceptions from $46M to under $700K, removed $14M in commercial exposure within nine months, and negotiated $6.6M in validated savings through a QA/QC services contract.
I bring 20+ years of experience developing contracting governance, strengthening audit readiness, integrating Noble Energy practices into Chevron’s framework, and building local capability in complex operating environments.
