I'm currently coordinating construction and installation activities for DEMCO's LACTHOSA / Leche Sula industrial project in San Pedro Sula. I monitor contractors, personnel, schedules, materials, equipment, costs, and project deliverables.

I prepare cost estimates, cost breakdowns, pricing catalogues, quantity take-offs, supplier quotations, and purchase-order documentation. I also coordinate dismantling, installation, assembly, modifications, and stormwater drainage work while resolving issues that affect progress.

On the Blue Warehouse project, I supported industrial warehouse construction from earthworks through completion. I coordinated site activities, field personnel, contractors, materials, and progress across project phases.

I've also managed operations, logistics, suppliers, customer relationships, collections, and administrative reporting in Honduras and Mexico. I'm open to relocating within Canada for construction, project coordination, project administration, or operations work.
