I'm Gustavo Alves Bezerra Jardim, a dedicated IT professional with a strong foundation in technical support and full-stack development. In my professional journey, I have gained valuable experience as an IT Support Technician at BEZETECH, where I provided hardware and software maintenance and specialized technical support. My role involved optimizing workflows and enhancing system performance through innovative solutions. Currently, as an IT Intern at EBAC, I deliver technical support, manage IT assets, and contribute to projects focused on system analysis and automation using AWS Lambda and Python. I am passionate about leveraging my skills to create effective solutions and drive innovation in the IT field.
