At The Home Depot, I lead customer-experience UX practice across three domains while deploying AI-driven product discovery at Fortune 50 scale. I shipped a Copilot Studio multi-agent RAG system using 7M+ customer records, reducing research cycle time by 20–40%.

I work hands-on across agentic workflows, RAG, MCP, local LLMs, prompt engineering, and full-stack product development. I design human guardrails that keep judgment with people, surface confidence clearly, and protect sensitive data.

As founder of RemodelerIQ, I’m building AI bid analysis for the U.S. renovation market, turning unstructured contractor bids into comparable benchmarked insights. I designed and built the product’s IA, UX, local-LLM and Gemini pipeline, agentic document parsing, and data architecture.

I’ve also built and scaled UX teams at MRM//McCann, shipped expert-user tooling at Hearst, and taught web design and digital media arts for five years. I’m a player-coach who sets the craft bar by doing the work alongside the team.
