At Nestlé España, I led the transformation to a new commercial management platform for more than 500 users across 12 business units. The rollout reached over 80% adoption within the first three months, and I used ADKAR and a network of 35 change agents to support the transition.
As HR Business Partner for Corporate Sales, eCommerce and Communication, I supported more than 300 professionals and the Sales Committee. I contributed to a commercial redesign that included 150 talent moves and restructuring seven business units, and I spearheaded a gender balance initiative in which 11 of 15 participants were promoted within 12 months.
Earlier at Nestlé España, I supported HR transformation and digital ways of working, including a remote-work upskilling program that enrolled 200 participants and earned an 86% satisfaction rating. In the IT Hub, I served as HRBP for more than 250 tech professionals and contributed to its growth from 60 to more than 600 employees.
My work brings together people strategy, change management and data-informed decisions. I’ve also mapped commercial processes with a team that identified 15 AI use cases, and I’m continuing to build my knowledge through a Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence & Innovation and Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification.
