I’m also architecting Copilot Studio search agents that connect enterprise data, documentation, and APIs for self-service knowledge retrieval. I initiated an intake process for data integration requests between engineering and the Data Platform team.
At Wiley & Sons, I oversaw the Assessment Program—Catalyst DiSC, LPI, and PXT Select—which served millions of users worldwide. I increased quarterly delivery from about 60% to 95% by establishing data-driven program management and rebuilding planning discipline.
Earlier at Wiley, I led two Scrum teams aligned to SAFe principles, tracking Agile metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve flow. My software development background includes full-stack work with .NET, Angular, SQL Server, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and PHP.
