I’m a senior nonprofit fundraising and institutional philanthropy leader with 15+ years of experience spanning development, strategic partnerships, communications, and journalism.
In my current role with Best Friends Animal Society, I lead a four-person Foundation Partnerships team managing approximately 450 institutional relationships and generating more than $8 million in annual revenue. My work combines relationship strategy with the operational side of fundraising: portfolio and pipeline management, revenue forecasting, CRM analysis, proposal strategy, stewardship, grant reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
I have personally helped secure major seven-figure commitments, including a $3 million foundation investment, and have a strong track record of identifying new funding opportunities, strengthening donor retention, and translating complex programs into compelling cases for support. I’m particularly effective at combining data, strategy, and storytelling to improve fundraising performance and help teams make better revenue decisions.
I’m interested in senior-level opportunities in institutional philanthropy, foundation and corporate partnerships, strategic partnerships, development strategy and operations, and nonprofit-focused revenue or client strategy. I’m especially drawn to organizations where I can bring both fundraising expertise and a systems-oriented approach to building sustainable revenue and strong long-term partnerships.
