I am a senior nonprofit executive with deep experience leading strategy, operations, and sustainability for one of the nation’s largest peer-to-peer fundraising events, directing $11–18M in annual fundraising revenue and managing multi-million dollar operating budgets. I build collaborative teams, cultivate major donor and partner relationships, and design integrated fundraising, marketing, and participant engagement strategies that advance mission and inclusion.

My achievements include a 31% revenue increase over seven years, expanded participation among Latinx and women constituents, and launching a successful fully digital fundraising event during COVID-19.
