I’m a Supply Chain and Demand Planning professional with 8+ years of experience across FMCG, luxury goods, and marketplace businesses, including Too Good To Go, PUIG, and Diageo. I build demand forecasts that connect user and conversion drivers to orders, parcels, and sales, then translate them into actionable S&OP plans.
In my current role as Global Demand Planner, I produce monthly demand forecasts across international markets and lead the monthly S&OP process with Commercial, Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Planning teams. I develop forecasting methodologies using historical performance, seasonality, commercial assumptions, and forecast accuracy reviews.
I also deliver scalable reporting and decision support—automating consolidations with Google Apps Script and building Looker dashboards to monitor operational KPIs. Earlier, at PUIG and Diageo, I implemented S&OP, managed forecasting for new brand acquisitions and store rollouts, and supported scenario planning and variance analysis to challenge assumptions and improve model accuracy.
My approach blends advanced analytics with supply chain execution, and I’m continuing to strengthen it through the Le Wagon Data Science & AI Bootcamp. I’m motivated by leveraging data to improve supply chain performance and business outcomes.

Produced monthly demand forecasts for France, Spain, and Italy across the full demand funnel from active users to orders and sales. Led the monthly S&OP cycle, delivered launch forecasting and performance reporting for the France Basket launch, and automated reporting with Google Apps Script while building Looker dashboards for operational KPI monitoring.
Led S&OP implementation for a niche fragrance portfolio, generating demand signals aligned with budget and promotional plans. Managed forecasting for new brand acquisitions and international store rollouts, oversaw weekly replenishment and allocation planning for global retailers, and developed a Power BI dashboard to track new product launch follow-up.
Delivered accurate, timely demand forecasts using trend, seasonality, and promotional data. Conducted scenario planning and variance analysis to challenge assumptions, supported monthly S&OP KPI/model accuracy reviews, and reduced SLOBs through proactive lifecycle and inventory monitoring.
Managed global gifting and limited edition planning by balancing capacity and demand, and built prioritized production plans across launch timelines and constraints. Drove improvements through waste analysis, risk mitigation, and process redesign, and supported rollout of a Salesforce demand capture tool along with ad hoc reporting.
Monitored in-market inventory to optimize stock levels and replenishment plans and supported S&OP preparation by creating decks and KPI updates. Completed an MSc thesis on forecasting alignment using R.
