I'm currently improving material planning at Essity in Barcelona, managing procurement and availability for around 300 materials across 10 suppliers supporting a production plant in Poland. I built an Excel tool that saves approximately five hours per week by accelerating communication and identifying production and inventory-data discrepancies.
Previously at Forvia, I planned production across Japan, Mexico, and China while coordinating US delivery schedules around customer demand. I developed a database covering more than 2,000 products and managed material requirements and inventory levels for 300+ materials to help prevent shortages.
At Renault Group, I developed capacity stock forecasting models, resolved bottlenecks, and aligned capacity, production orders, and sales forecasts across four warehouses. I also trained two new team members and bring fluent English, advanced Spanish, and native French to international supply-chain teams.
