Griffin Cerase
@griffincerase
Experienced instrument repair technician focused on precision, efficiency, and team-driven process improvement.
What I'm looking for
I am an experienced Instrument Repair Technician III who has been repairing and inspecting surgical instruments since 2018. I prioritize accuracy and clinical readiness in every repair I complete.
I analyze surgical instruments to identify necessary repairs, perform precise restorations, document completed work and charges for billing, and inspect and test finished repairs. I collaborate with colleagues to create plans that improve repair accuracy and time efficiency.
Earlier, I served as an Assistant Store Manager where I scheduled, hired and trained staff, led team meetings and audits, managed shifts and product sales, and resolved customer and employee concerns. Those management duties sharpened my leadership, documentation and corrective-action implementation skills.
I studied Hospital Maintenance Repair Technician coursework and general studies at community college and bring a detail-oriented, communicative approach to maintenance, quality control and team training. I focus on continuous improvement, safety, and dependable teamwork.
