At AYA Healthcare, I support hospital surgical services as a Traveling Sterile Processing Technician II, adapting quickly to facility workflows while processing complex instruments, specialty trays, loaner sets, and reusable medical equipment.

Previously, at the Department of Veterans Affairs and University of Pennsylvania Health System, I reprocessed critical equipment and flexible and rigid endoscopes, operated steam and low-temperature sterilization systems, and maintained accurate tracking and quality-control documentation. I work closely with OR personnel and clinical teams to prioritize urgent cases and keep case flow moving safely.

I also bring leadership experience from behavioral health, case management, logistics, and customer service environments, including staff supervision, workflow coordination, crisis response, inventory management, and detailed recordkeeping.
