I’m a retail advisor and accounting clerk with experience delivering exceptional customer service while matching people with the right outdoor gear for their needs and budget. I share product knowledge using both industry-leading advice and personal experience, and I enjoy keeping recommendations genuinely tailored.

In-store operations are where I add dependable value: I complete inventory counts, support store organization, and process warranties, returns, and open mark-down products. I handle daily sales float counts, bank deposits, float adjustments, and bookkeeping using advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and I use Microsoft Outlook to communicate, prioritize emails, and book meetings.

I also bring a community- and safety-minded approach. I composed a monthly community calendar, participated in product knowledge demos and continuous learning modules, and completed routine safety audits (including incident/near-miss reporting) while facilitating communication with the Work Safety Committee. I’m committed to open-mindedness and compassion, and I’ve trained new staff in cash management and retail accounting.
