At AT&T, I coordinated business circuit and service delivery from order through completion, including service changes, account migrations, and Local Number Portability. I worked with Verizon, Frontier, Comcast, and other carriers to track orders, verify records, protect due dates, and resolve provisioning discrepancies.
I also supported copper-to-fiber migrations for business customers and worked on BVoIP migrations and number ports to AT&T All-In-One. Earlier at AT&T, I installed, tested, troubleshot, and restored copper and fiber circuits in central offices, and at Pacific Bell / AT&T I monitored repair tickets and coordinated service restoration.
