I'm looking for a customer support, training, help-desk, or operations role where I can solve complex issues, improve processes, create clear documentation, and support end users and internal teams.

I've supported the Missouri Center for Public Health and Excellence (DHSS) by delivering instructor-led and virtual training, creating user guides and FAQs, and providing help-desk support during system implementations and high-volume public-health periods.

Across Robert Half Office Team assignments, I managed order activity, validated purchase orders and account data, resolved customer issues, processed payments, and supported SAP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments.
