I’m looking for an HR operations role where I can own employee lifecycle cases, improve workflows, and support hiring. I want a team that values compliance, clear documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver consistently high-quality HR service.

I’m an HR Operations Specialist with experience in HR administration, employee lifecycle management, and recruitment support. I own complex employee lifecycle cases to ensure accurate, compliant HR operations across onboarding, ongoing changes, and offboarding.

In my roles at Molson Coors GBS, I prepare, analyze, and interpret complex HR reports to support operational decisions and continuous improvement. I drive process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and optimizing HR workflows, while partnering with Payroll and cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases and deliver operational excellence.

I also support talent acquisition activities, including CV screening, candidate shortlisting, and scheduling interviews. I’m known for being the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, maintaining documentation and SOPs, and delivering knowledge transfer for new team members—always focused on clear communication and dependable execution.
