I’m a results-driven Cloud & Systems Engineer with 11+ years of experience designing resilient multi-cloud infrastructure and leading NOC/SRE operations. I specialize in AWS, Azure, GCP, and Oracle Cloud to keep services stable while improving speed, quality, and reliability.

In my current role, I own multi-cloud observability for a production homecare SaaS platform, maintaining 99.97% uptime across 500K+ daily transactions. I reduced cloud spend by 28% through rightsizing (EC2/Azure VM) and eliminating idle EBS volumes, and I’ve consistently improved incident performance by cutting MTTR by 5+ minutes.
