I am a senior business development leader with over fifteen years of experience in semiconductors, data centers, high-performance computing and artificial intelligence, focused on opening Asia–Pacific markets and securing multi-block IP design-ins.

At Arm I led multi-year licensing and design-win strategies for Taiwanese ASIC design houses, built partner-driven pipelines across Taiwan and APAC, and established alliances spanning high-bandwidth memory, chiplets and co-packaged optics to enable next-generation interconnect architectures.

Previously at Intel I scaled the Taiwan/APAC technology ecosystem, developed go-to-market and partner-enablement programs for datacenter platforms, and forged partnerships with IP vendors, EDA providers, foundries and OSATs to accelerate qualification and production readiness.

I combine voice-of-customer rigor, cross-functional deal orchestration, and export-control-aware motions to translate workload requirements into end-to-end solution architectures, drive disciplined pipeline and revenue management, and deliver commercial outcomes for hyperscale and enterprise customers.
