What I'm looking for

I seek senior roles leading cybersecurity and system-integration projects in defense or critical infrastructure, where I can manage cross-functional teams, strengthen security posture, mentor staff, and deliver compliant, cost-effective solutions.

I am a cybersecurity and project management professional with extensive experience leading security and defense systems integration. I currently manage system integration projects at TCN shpk, overseeing planning, budgeting, testing and contract negotiations for sensitive defense programs.

Previously, I led the Cybersecurity & Cryptography Sector at the CIS Agency of the Albanian Armed Forces, directing incident response, policy development, audits and white-box penetration testing to protect military communications and IT systems.

I combine technical depth with leadership from command roles in communications centers and maintenance units, and co-founded a cybersecurity consultancy to deliver practical security solutions. I have delivered air and maritime surveillance upgrades and contributed to national IT modernization projects.

Educated in electronic engineering and advanced cybersecurity, I teach and train military personnel, speak at NATO cyber events, and focus on risk management, system hardening, and team development to deliver secure, compliant capabilities.
