At Teleperformance EMEA Group, I build Splunk monitoring tools, security rules, dashboards, alerts, reports, and SQL queries that support network and endpoint visibility. My work reduced operations execution time by 50%, while I lead incident identification and investigation for the IRT team.

I've also strengthened access management, SIEM operations, business continuity, disaster recovery, network administration, and security procedures at Plus Communication, Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania, and the Ministry of Defence.
