What I'm looking for
I’m a result-oriented Human Resources professional with over 10 years of experience specializing in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and labor law compliance. I align globally defined HR strategies with local retail operations, keeping teams focused on outcomes and efficiency.
In my current role, I lead end-to-end recruiting for corporate and retail needs through pipeline management and operational execution. I’m also the primary HR point of contact for Store Managers, Area Managers, Country Manager, and Head Office teams, strengthening stakeholder alignment and cross-functional communication across Retail Management, Sales Management, Retail Operations, and Visual Merchandising.
I support organizations with legal and disciplinary consultation in strict accordance with company regulations and labor law, while driving HR operations through accurate workforce data compilation for Payroll and ongoing HR database maintenance. I facilitate performance processes (PDD and Mid-Year Review) and organize employee engagement events that improve internal communication and collaboration across retail units.
