At Newsela, I own the design system for a K-12 EdTech SaaS platform. I unified a fragmented content-card ecosystem into one WCAG-compliant component adopted as the standard across Newsela products.

At Wikimedia Foundation, I was the sole designer on the Page Translation Tool, a globally used open-source product spanning 300+ languages. I proposed UX enhancements, documented them publicly, and the Wiki community reviewed and adopted them.

At Handmade Design, I led design for Santander's S3 internal investment platform, including its design architecture and SaaS design system. I reworked contract approval workflows, reducing processing time from three weeks to five days, and redesigned contract information architecture, reducing total contract length by 25%.
