I'm looking for remote opportunities in customer support, sales, virtual assistance, content creation, or digital media where I can communicate with customers, work independently, learn new tools, and contribute creatively.

I've supported customers in sales by helping with product selection, answering inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships in a fast-paced environment.

I'm building on my multimedia production background to pursue remote customer support, sales, virtual assistance, content creation, or digital media opportunities. I use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition, and communicate fluently in English and natively in Kinyarwanda.
