I build automated cross-platform workflows with Microsoft Power Automate and design practical intake solutions using Microsoft Forms, QR codes, and Excel. I also turn user loss and retention telemetry into compliance audits for IT leadership.

Previously, as IT Manager at IR&R, I led software integrations through Zapier and JavaScript, optimized Dispatch and CRM workflows, and administered security permissions across core platforms.
