What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a junior data scientist role.

My MSc thesis at National and Kapodistrian University of Athens focuses on predicting antibiotic resistance in H. pylori genomes. I train per-antibiotic classifiers on public whole-genome data from NCBI / ENA.

For this work, I engineer features from pangenome gene families and k-mer encodings, then compare models using nested stratified cross-validation. I interpret predictions with SHAP.

My BSc thesis examined identification of Σ± baryons via their topological decays. I analyzed simulated events using ROOT and C++, applying selection and fitting criteria, statistical analysis, and data visualization.

At Kumon Study Center, Athens, I prepared and organized personalized learning materials for students and graded assignments while entering and monitoring progress data. I’m looking for a junior data scientist role.
