What I'm looking for

I’m interested in bioinformatic analysis in various fields and in using biological research to provide actionable insights and solutions to biological problems.

For my MSc thesis at the School of Biology, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, I created a Python algorithm to search for and download fungal genomes.

I used Biopython to process the genomes and identify specific genomic elements.

I also used R to analyze the results statistically and create tables and graphs.

I’m interested in bioinformatic analysis across biological fields and in developing tools that provide actionable insights into biological problems.
