What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that fosters a supportive environment, encourages professional growth, and allows me to apply my skills in mental health and organizational psychology.

I am an aspiring Organizational Psychologist and Mental Health Specialist with a strong foundation in psychology, leadership, and behavioral analysis. My experience spans team management, conflict resolution, and personnel engagement, where I apply psychological principles to enhance workplace dynamics and employee well-being. I have a proven ability to develop data-driven solutions, train and mentor teams, and improve organizational performance.

Throughout my career, I have delivered both group and individual therapy sessions, supporting clients with various mental health conditions. I have developed and led psychoeducational workshops, collaborated with clinical staff to assess behavioral patterns, and contributed to personalized treatment plans. My commitment to fostering positive work environments is evident in my ability to implement mental health initiatives and optimize processes.
