I’m looking to transfer my skills into a senior advisory role where I can drive finance innovation—delivering strategic value for global clients through IFRS expertise, governance transformation, and digital finance automation.

I’m a globally focused finance transformation and advisory leader with 17+ years of experience directing complex, cross-border projects for clients across East Africa and beyond. I specialize in IFRS advisory, IPO readiness, and governance transformation, delivering outcomes through strong virtual collaboration with distributed partners.

In recent roles, I’ve led IFRS 9 implementation for 18 banks in 45 days, guided 5 state-owned entities through IPO readiness, and designed tax processes that saved a multinational conglomerate US$5M. I’m recognized for leading multicultural teams and using digital transformation to support remote delivery and financial reporting automation.

At KPMG, I’ve progressed from senior advisory roles to Associate Director, advising boards, executive teams, and regulators on future-ready finance operating models and reporting reforms. I also mentor senior consultants and managers, translating transformation findings into decision-ready recommendations for executive-level stakeholders.
