I’m looking to continue in internal audit, risk, and finance compliance—partnering with leadership to strengthen internal controls, ensure donor/IFRS/IPSAS compliance, and improve reporting accuracy through data-driven reconciliations and audit-ready processes.

I’m a finance and accounting professional with over 10 years of experience across financial reporting, grant finance, donor compliance, reconciliations, audit support, and risk management in multinational, nonprofit, and consulting environments. I’m known for maintaining financial data integrity, strengthening internal controls, and delivering accurate, timely financial information in complex operations.

In my current role as an Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance Consultant, I develop internal audit frameworks, lead internal and external audits, and support clients in strengthening grant financial management processes and donor compliance monitoring. I conduct financial compliance reviews and reconciliations, perform risk assessments to identify control weaknesses, and monitor corrective action plans to improve governance and accountability. I also handle special investigations into suspected fraud and irregularities and advise leadership teams on regulatory compliance and internal control optimization.
