I'm currently an Estimator at SEMA Construction, preparing quantity takeoffs, budgets, pricing, and material costs for commercial bids ranging from $15M to $60M.

Previously, I supported multiple $6M–$18M commercial projects as a Project Engineer, managing RFIs, submittals, change documentation, procurement, scheduling support, and project records. I work closely with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and union crews to resolve issues and keep work moving.

I use AGTEK for earthwork quantity takeoffs and Procore to manage estimating and project workflows, bringing practical experience in budgeting, forecasting, documentation, and construction coordination.

My background also includes land survey support at RICK Engineering Co. and leading daily operations for 115 horses at Canyonside Equestrian Center, where I supervised five ranch hands and built three 12-room tack sheds from start to finish.
