What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote estimating work where I can prepare accurate MEP and construction takeoffs, develop tender-ready pricing, coordinate on scope and supplier costs, and support projects across international markets.

I’ve prepared detailed MEP, architectural, structural, framing, and metal-fixation takeoffs for 30+ commercial fit-out projects serving Australian, U.S., and local clients. Using Bluebeam Revu and Excel, I produce tender-ready cost breakdowns and pricing worksheets, with estimates kept within 5% of final project cost.

I also bring HVAC estimating, project engineering, and quantity surveying support experience across commercial and residential work. As a Registered Mechanical Engineer and Registered Master Plumber, I read complex drawings closely, coordinate directly with suppliers and project teams, and flag missing information rather than make assumptions.
